Excerpt from KS Statute 22-3001 “The judge or judges of the district court of the county shall then consider the petition and, if it is found that the petition is in proper form and bears the signatures of the required number of electors, a grand jury shall be ordered to be summoned.”

 

• Nearly 8,000 signatures were collected — more than three times the number required to force a grand jury investigation.

 

• Tiller's attorney's have appealed to two different judges, both have found the signatures to be in order already.

 

• This is an act by the highest court of Kansas to disregard the "rule of law."  The will of the people has been subverted.

 

• The money from the blood of innocent, defenseless, living, breathing, human children in the state of Kansas is now complete.  That blood money now controls the Kansas Governor (Sibelius), the Kansas Attorney General (Morrison), the Wichita District Attorney (Foulston), even the Kansas Supreme Court.

 

• 1 Sam. 8:3, "And his sons (judges) walked not in his (Samuel's) ways, but turned aside after lucre, and took bribes, and perverted justice.
